Estate Agents

We have offered our house for sale for the past 18 months and have had encounterd many estate agents. Can anyone recommend one that is not full of clients, full of advice, full of how they are different to other estate agents, and more importantly not full of c**p. We have spoken to them all, Its almost like we are a magnet for bul*****ers and crooks. "Affiliate", "not my client", "don't know anything about the people I'm going to bring round to your house - but is that important and does it matter"?? Can anybody recommend a decent Agent here in Spain
